Linked Things Completes IIoT project at National Foods

Linked Things recently completed an edible oil monitoring and control solution at National Foods. This project was built on the edible oil inventory monitoring that was completed a few months ago and in this new project we have automated the flow of oil from outdoor tanks to the indoor tanks. The benefits of this automation are two fold, the flow of oil is not only automated, the records of oil flow and consumption are updated in real time, the inventory analysis can be performed at any time through a dashboard and historic trend analysis of the consumption is readily available for the management and future demands can be predicted and managed.

Indus Motor Company Chooses Ottomatically for their Data Center

Linked Things launches IIoT Platform for Effective IR4.0 Transformation

Pakistan has 6000 plastic goods manufacturers employing roughly 600,000 persons. Injection molding is a basic plastic manufacturing operation requiring tremendous amount of electrical energy per unit produced. Each machine can produce hundreds of units per day – running continuously. Recently the new machines being introduced are IIoT or Industrie 4.0 ready. This means that real time data can be acquired from these machines and processed to analyze predictive maintenance requirements. However the industry specially in emerging markets like Pakistan have already invested in machines and replacement is a huge cost. Linked Things’ solution provides a cost-effective way to upgrade the machines. The solution has complete power and machine health monitoring such as 3 phase current consumption, hydraulic pressure, noise detection, water temperature, oil temperature, panel temperature and flow monitoring. The biggest benefit is calculation of per unit energy costs. Together this data gives you complete picture of an operation. Now the industry has capability to identify failures, increase MTBF, reduce down times and above all predict maintenance requirements.

Auvitronics (Pvt) Ltd hires Linked Things for its first IIoT Project

Auvitronics is a leading auto parts, packaging and building material manufacturer in Pakistan. They have recently signed up with Linked Things as part of their journey to adopt Industrie 4.0 practices. Industrial IoT or IIoT forms that basis of Industrie 4.0 by providing data that can be fed into AI and ML algorithms to attain benefits such as predictive maintenance and energy efficiency. Our unit will be installed to monitor energy utilization as well as key parameters that determine machine performance and environmental factors that determine of quality of work environment for the employees. This will be the first time that a Pakistani IoT company would be working on Industrial project of this nature.

Edible Oil Tank Monitoring Solution Launched

We are excited to launch our edible oil tank monitoring solution with our customer National Foods . This solution provides real time information on the status of each tank, the consumption and intake information on a simple to use dashboard. Before the installation of this unit, they had to manually check the levels three times a day to keep track of the stock and orders. This is our first solution in real Industrial setting and we already have orders lined up from large importers of edible oil.
